What clearances do our coaches require?

- FBI Affidavit or FBI Criminal Background check if you have not been a resident of PA for the previous 10 years.

Do we need our own insurance?
- If the athletes are not covered by the school insurance policy, then yes.
- Insurance is reasonable through USASoftball.com. Phone: 717-545-1217
  - Coverage is good from September 1st of the current year through August 31st of the following.
  - You can also request a free 'Additional Insured Certificate' naming your School District and Municipality.
How do I inform the league what teams we will enter?
- Everything is done within the online portal.
- A short 'Declaration Form' is filled out for each team. This information is sent automatically to the scheduling committee.
How do I provide the league our roster?
- As with everything else, this is done in the online portal.
- Each team has a form to enter their roster.
- Each team can see all other rosters to use as verification on game day, if desired.
